South Bay Market Closes Out July with Continued Buyer Demand
As July comes to an end, the South Bay housing market continues to show healthy activity despite the heart of summer vacation season.
Torrance led the region this week with just 1.44 months of inventory, making it the South Bay's most competitive market. The city also tied Greater Palos Verdes for the highest number of closed sales, with 21 homes sold during the week.
Meanwhile, Greater Palos Verdes continued to offer buyers the most inventory at 2.99 months, providing a bit more flexibility while still reflecting a healthy market.
Across the Beach Cities, inventory remains relatively tight, with Hermosa Beach at 1.89 months and Redondo Beach at 1.95 months, underscoring continued buyer demand for coastal living.
The broader message remains consistent: every South Bay community has its own market dynamics. Staying informed about local conditions can make a significant difference whether you're buying, selling, or simply tracking your home's value.
