Jack was the agent my ex husband's attorney chose for the sale of my former home (during the process of divorce), so I had already decided I was not going to like him. I was so wrong. Jack was professional, thorough, and went way above and beyond the normal services provided by an agent. He literally ran circles around the South Bay to insure I never even had to be in the vicinity of my soon to be ex, and still checked the property almost daily to see that all was well (it was left vacant). He made suggestions on how the house would show best, hired the contractor to perform the repairs, and arranged for charities to pick up all the unwanted items in the house for me so I wouldn't have to go back there. With Jack at the helm, my house sold in two days. I honest to goodness don't think I could have gone through that process without Jack Palmer. TRUTH!
